Northstar Works (operating at northstarworks.store) sells heritage expedition + travel goods for personal use. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years or older and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

2. Product information

We make a small catalog of twelve items. Photographs are representative; subtle variation in leather grain, brass tone, and canvas weave is expected and part of the value of made-by-hand goods.

3. Pricing + payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store any card data on our servers.

4. Shipping + delivery

See our Shipping page for full details. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package from our workshop.

5. Returns + warranty

See our Returns page for the full policy. The lifetime guarantee covers manufacturer defects; ordinary wear, accident, or misuse is repaired at fair workshop cost.

6. Intellectual property

All site content (logo, photographs, copy, the compass-rose mark) is owned by Northstar Works. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northstar Works’ total liability arising from any sale is limited to the price paid for the specific item(s) in question.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order (name, address, email, payment). We never sell your data. Email lists are opt-in only.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.
